PARKING

Free communal parking is available at the property on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that parking spaces are not reserved for guests.

If there are no spaces available, free parking is also available on Lansdown Place Lane nearby which is just a short walk away.

ACCESS

The apartment is located on the basement level and is accessed via a short flight of steps down from street level. Once inside, the accommodation is arranged on one level.

Self check-in is available, with your unique lockbox code and full access instructions provided before arrival.

SECURITY CAMERA NOTICE

For the safety of our guests and security of the property, a video doorbell is installed at the external entrance and monitors the entrance area only. There are no cameras inside the apartment.

PETS

We know pets are part of the family, so up to two well-behaved pets (dogs or cats, any combination) are welcome. There's a £30 charge per stay, added once your booking is confirmed. Please bring your own bowls, and cat owners will need to bring a litter tray too.
